After months of negotiations and a lengthy approval process with the City of Sugar Land, Kelly Ferguson sucessfully brokered the sale of an 18,000-SF corporate office with airplace hangar on Sugar Land Regional Airport.
Kelly marketed the site nationally and acted as intermediary between ATP Flight School, a renowned taining school for commercial pilots. The property will now serve as ATP’s Houston base to train pilots for the world’s leading airlines.
