Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation represented BlendIn Coffee Club in its flagship location in Sugar Land. The premier location is at 8410 Highway 90A, in the historic Sugar Land Bank Building (owned by an affiliate of FBRE). FBRE re-purposed a former freestanding motor bank for this very special coffee shop. The BlendIn concept includes gourmet, hand-poured coffee, brewed from beans gathered around the globe and then roasted in-house. Blendin has taken the greater Houston market by storm and has a worldwide recognition for its pioneering, talented owner and biochemist, Weihong Zhang, PhD. Weihong won the 2024 U.S. Brewers Cup and went on to represent the United States in the World Brewers Cup.
