Kelly Ferguson represented Marlin Commercial in the sale of 22 Jim Davidson Drive, a 10,000-SF corporate office and ariplane hangar on the Sugar Land Airport (KSGR) premises. The Millis Group purchased the property, renovated the office, and relocated its corporate headquareters to the Class A property, which has frontage on Highway 6 and is located across from Constellation Field, home of the Space Cowboys.
