Bud 2006 CCIM President | Print |  E-mail 12/02/2005 Bud Friedman was instated as 2006 President of CCIM - Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. Bud has been a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) since 1993 and has been active in the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter since then. He is "thrilled and excited" to be President for 2006 and has great plans for the Chapter. Bud says, "If I can give one theme to my goals for this year, it would be 'Get Involved.'" He hopes that newer Brokers and Associates and CCIM Partners will find it easy to get involved with the local chapter and that more established members would be proactive in mentoring new designees and candidates.
