Bud Friedman has assisted landowners and a major developer in the assemblage of nearly 1000 acres in the Pleak, Fort Bend County area for a master planned community.  Bud also assisted the Village of Pleak in the creation of development criteria for the benefit of the community and its landowners.  He expertly represented the seller of this tract in obtaining a good price for the land.
