The premier location is at 8410 Highway 90A, in the historic Sugar Land Bank Building. A motor bank is being re-purposed for this very special coffee shop. Construction commenced in June 2017 and is slated for completion in late fall of 2017 by Construction Concepts. The BlendIn concept includes gourmet, hand-poured coffee, brewed from beans gathered around the globe and then roasted in-house. The building will feature beautiful interiors and a lovely covered patio in which to commune and enjoy the best coffee you’ve ever tasted!
