Kelly has been involved with commercial real estate investment and brokerage since 2003. Prior to joining Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation, Kelly worked for the Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments group in New York City, where she analyzed and facilitated investments in high-yield debt and equity secured by institutional properties. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University with a degree in Finance. Kelly earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2008. Kelly has been a contributing writer to the Fort Bend Business Journal, for whom she has written featured articles regarding general economic and real estate conditions. Kelly serves as a Court Appointed Advocate with Child Advocates, Inc. for children in custody of the Department of Family and Protective Services. She has served on the Boards of Directors for the following organizations: CCIM, Director of Education; Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors, Director of Communications; and Imperial Performing Arts, Inc. |
